First and last impression: they do not listen or care. 3 minutes (no exaggeration) my phone rings and she called to tell me that the mechanic said the last person who fixed my car did it wrong! I said - so in 3 minutes he pulled the car in and figured this out? (I told them I hit something and was having a problem…). I am without a car! Why did I make an appointment? I asked her to bring my car around and we will take it back to the dealer we normally bring the car to (a bit father away from our office). I asked why they did not tell me this in the first place or call me to let me know the situation. When the next agent picked up the phone I was informed that they were behind «a day or so» and my car had not been examined. #Freedom chevrolet buick gmc updateI asked her for an update on the problem and was put back on hold for 7 minutes more. A woman picked up finally and told me that my car was not ready. I called and left 4 messages before I insisted on waiting on hold. By the following day at 4 in the afternoon there had been no communication at all regarding any problems. I said that was fine as my husband had his car. The service agent indicated that they may need to keep it over night. The vehicle was dropped of at the appointment time. Horrible Service! We called and made an appointment a week prior. I feel this dealership is a terrible representative of the Chevrolet Brand and because of places like this I will definitely not be purchasing another GM product. This time they have had it for a week and a half and the only thing wrong was a radiator hose and water inlet housing and it still isn’t ready! This will be the last time i allow them to work on it. they had my car for a whole week to tell me i only needed a pvc valve (Really!!). It takes them to long to accomplish work. When they do start working on your car they never and I mean never call you and give a status of the job even if it takes 3 to 4 days no matter how many phone numbers you leave them. They take your car in for service and make you feel like they are going to get to it that day when actually it probably wont get work on for two or three days (which might be OK if at least they would inform you of that but they don’t!) 2. No each time I’ve had to deal with the exact same problems. I have taken my car here for service at least three times, so it isn’t like i took my car here once and just got a bad representative. You should avoid this place like a plaque. This Dealership has a Horrible Service Department. And let me tell you I will get my money back and get to the bottom of this. I will NEVER do any business with them again. Brenda has the audacity to tell him that she handed me the check personally! She has been avoiding me at all costs! I have left multiple emails with not just her! I have asked to speak with whoever is in charge (because I guess this is corporate, again what a joke) and I just get transferred five times til I get a recording. The next day my boyfriend goes in there and ms. Mike, the man who helped my boyfriend but the vehicle told me he would get it and personally hold it for me to get it myself when he saw her. By this point everyone in the office knew who I was. There was five yes five different people calling her to ask her where my check is. They next day I show up, again I am ran around in circles. Later on that day I get a phone call from her telling me it is ready and I could come by. Brenda come out and say she will write a check and will call me when it’s ready. They then go on to tell me that it’s my fault, that they are not responsible for THEIR employees stealing my money. Well after waiting and being ran around in circle I finally am told that because the vehicle wasn’t mine they may not be able to write me a check. Talked to someone who told me they personally wrote me a check and I could come get it. So after I noticed My money was missing I called the dealership. I get you shouldn’t leave belonging but a place you just had such a great experience at, you would think. I had money stolen from a vehicle I brought in. Sales people we worked with are awesome don’t et me wrong super helpful super friendly. ![]()
